Argento is an independent fund raising corporate finance business providing access to both equity and debt financing from institutions, banks and brokers.
Argento will not only seek funds from equity markets, but has the capability to source funding for clients from debt markets and from other debt providers.
As such, outside of the bulge bracket banks, this is a rare combination to find in an adviser for mid-market sized businesses.
We also raise additional monies for companies already quoted on the market through secondary fund raisings and we act in the private equity market through our relationships with venture capital firms and private family funds.
Mergers and Acquisitions
Argento will lead on the entire aspects of a transaction from assessing the strategic requirements of a business, researching the market, assessing the financial implications and valuations, managing the processes, and negotiating to completion.
Our international contacts widen the scope for deals across many borders.
Argento provides in-depth research in several specialist fields by analysts who have previously worked at major investment banks and achieved Extel no. 1 rated status.
Argento offers research services to both corporate and institutional clients. As well as producing detailed reports and regular updates on corporate clients, we are also able to publish independent thematic research for institutional investors and wealth managers.
Initial Public Offerings
The Company provides advisory services to both UK companies and international companies seeking to list on the Main Market (Premium or Standard Listing) or AIM. Argento can source funds in London for international companies or find Private Equity investment.
As a team, we have advised numerous international companies through the maze of UK regulations, for IPOs and other transactions, as well as advising UK companies on entering the Asian markets, especially Hong Kong, China, Singapore and Malaysia. We have raised monies through the listing of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds in Luxembourg and can act in listing GDRs.
